Aroma: Vanilla and coconuts aroma
Palate: Concentrated, rich in good quality tannins, very complex, with a “bouquet” of ripe red berries, mingled with wood which gives the wine a subtle vanilla note. A long and pleasant finish
Pairing: Game and red meat well concoted and strong cheeses
